WASHINGTON: Acting Special consultant for Afghanistan and Pakistan and Acting Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, Alice Wells will visit Islamabad next week, US State Department stated Sunday.
In a observation issued right here, the State Department stated Alice Wells will trip to Islamabad, Dhaka (Bangladesh) and Colombo (Sri Lanka) from August 28 to September 2.
She will meet with executive officers, industry leaders, and civil society representatives to talk about US cooperation within the area.
On September 1, she is going to talk on the Indian Ocean Conference in Colombo, which can deliver in combination high-level officers from all over the world to talk about peace, growth, and prosperity within the Indian Ocean area.
This is claimed to be the second one commute to Islamabad this month by Wells.
