SC orders removal of Asim Hussain's name from ECL

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered removal of Dr. Asim Hussain’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL). Dr Asim has to publish surety bonds of Rs six tens of millions, in line with Geo News.

Declaring the Sindh High Court orders null and void, the Supreme Court requested Hussain to go back to Pakistan after a month after present process remedy for his sickness.

It is pertinent to say right here that former minister has moved a miscellaneous software at the well being grounds for early listening to of his plea looking for removal of his name from the ECL.

He used to be put at the ECL over instances of corruption and terrorism towards him.
