PM Abbasi breaks ground for 1263MW LNG power plant

JHANG: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Saturday carried out the groundbreaking of Punjab Power Plant right here to supply 1263 megawatt of electrical energy as some other step ahead against load-shedding loose Pakistan.

The top minister used to be accompanied by Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif as they unveiled the plaque to release paintings at the undertaking being carried out in Haveli Bahadur Shah space of Jhang District.

The Punjab Power Plant can be fueled by the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) that might generate 810MW in its first segment to be finished in round 14 months.

The 2d segment of the undertaking would complete in 26 months to supply overall 1263MW of electrical energy.
