ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Tuesday issued a detailed verdict on the review petitions filed by former top minister Nawaz Sharif towards the apex courtroom’s July 28 judgement.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had brushed aside the review petitions filed by the previous premier, his youngsters and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar within the Panama Papers case on Sept 15.
The detailed verdict comprising 23 pages stated that no error were known within the Panama case, which may well be reviewed and the responsibility courtroom is loose to come to a decision on the root of nature of proof. The trial courtroom has the authority to reject vulnerable proof.
It added that the details about disqualification of Nawaz Sharif as top minister have been uncontroversial.
