ISLAMABAD: An accountability court on Wednesday ordered former top minister Nawaz Sharif and his sons to appear before the court on September 19, because the investigation towards Sharif circle of relatives starts within the gentle of Supreme Court of Pakistan’s orders within the Panama Papers case.
According to Geo News, the summons have been issued by the accountability court pass judgement on Muhammad Bashir over a reference similar to Flagship Investments Limited, Hartstone Properties Limited, Que Holdings Limited, Quint Eaton Place 2 Limited, Quint Saloane Limited (previously Quint Eaton Place Limited), Quaint Limited, Flagship Securities Limited, Quint Gloucester Place Limited, Quint Paddington Limited (previously Rivates Estates Limited), Flagship Developments Limited, Alanna Services Limited (BVI), Lankin SA (BVI), Chadron Inc, Ansbacher Inc, Coomber Inc; and Capital FZE (Dubai).
The reference used to be moved by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) that used to be ordered by the apex court to record references towards the Sharif circle of relatives, shut adie to former top minster Ishaq Dar and Captain (retd) Safdar.
The accountability court on Tuesday returned all of the 4 references towards Sharif circle of relatives and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar that have been filed by the NAB on September eight.
