NAB to challenge SC order in Hudaibiya Paper case

ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau has made up our minds to challenge the Supreme Court order rejecting its plea to reopen Hudaibiya Paper Mills case.

Sources advised Geo News on Monday that the NAB’s felony workforce is reviewing the SC order and then the attraction can be filed.

The apex courtroom on Friday brushed aside NAB’s plea for re-opening 3 years previous Hudaibiya Paper Mills case, terming it time barred.

A 3-member bench of the apex courtroom, headed by Justice Mushir Alam comprising Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Mazhar Alam Miankhel, introduced one liner brief order in a plea difficult the Lahore High Court’s verdict relating to ultimate of the Hudaibiya Paper Mill.

The detailed judgment can be introduced later bringing up causes for disregarding the plea.
