NAB court accepts Nawaz Sharif's exemption plea

ISLAMABAD: An responsibility court listening to corruption references towards former top minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday admitted his software for exemption from listening to for every week. However, the court rejected Maryam Nawaz’s plea in search of adjustments in her previous exemption plea.

Accountability Court Judge Mohammad Bahsir heard the 3 references filed towards former top minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Capt (retd) Safdar.

Meanwhile, the responsibility court has declared former top minister Nawaz Sharif’s sons Hasan and Hussain Nawaz proclaimed wrongdoer in 3 NAB references, Geo News reported.

The responsibility court declared Hasan and Hussain Nawaz culprit at the document submitted by the National Accountability Bureau.

In its document, the NAB knowledgeable the court that financial institution accounts and stocks of each Hasan and Hussain had already been seized.

The court has began recording the evidences towards the accused underneath Section 512 of NAB Ordinance.
