MQM-P rejects census results, demands reconduct of survey

KARACHI: Rejecting the census effects, Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan leader Farooq Sattar on Sunday demanded of the federal government to reconduct the census.

Addressing a public assembly in Karachi’s Liaquatabad space, Sattar stated that the federal government had intentionally decreased the inhabitants in papers to usurp the rights of Karachiites.

He stated that the census effects show the inhabitants of Karachi round 15 million, whilst the remaining of 15 million are lacking in papers.

Terming the census effects as pre-poll rigging, he stated how come delimitation may well be right kind when the census effects are rigged.

This is not just the problem of Urdu talking folks however of all the ones dwelling in Karachi. We may also battle the case of Sindhi talking brothers dwelling within the province, he added.
