SHEIKHUPURA: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday vowed not to spare former National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chief Qamar Zaman Chaudhry after coming into energy, terming him as a culprit of the country.
