ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has made up our minds to transfer the Supreme Court against the Lahore High Court’s judgment in the Hudaibiya Paper Mills case on Thursday.
In this connection, the NAB would file an appeal on Sept 15.
The NAB chairman had made up our minds to file the appeal against the LHC’s verdict in the Hudaibiya Paper Mills case.
Sources stated that the NAB leader had made the verdict with out convening the chief board’s assembly.
Once the apex courtroom regulations at the appeal, the responsibility frame might be in a position to pursue the case as soon as more.
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) had submitted all of the report of the Hudaibiya Paper Mills to the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing the Panama case.
Earlier, Awami Muslim League leader Sheikh Rasheed had submitted a petition in the Supreme Court against NAB’s failure to reopen the Hudaibiya Paper Mill case.
The petition said that on July 21, all the way through the listening to of the Panama Papers case, NAB had knowledgeable the apex courtroom it will answer in seven days in regards to the reopening of the Hudaibiya case.
