Hafiz Saeed says ‘vindicated’ after his release from house arrest

LAHORE: Hafiz Saeed, who’s accused by the United States and India of masterminding the 2008 Mumbai assaults, has been launched from house arrest on Friday.

Hafiz Saeed, who has a $10 million U.S. bounty on his head, were underneath house arrest since January after dwelling freely in Pakistan for years, a sore level in Pakistan’s frequently fraught family members with each the United States and India.

Saeed has many times denied involvement within the 2008 Mumbai assaults during which 10 gunmen attacked goals in India’s biggest town, together with two luxurious lodges, a Jewish centre and a teach station in a rampage that killed 166 other folks.
