Aamir Liaquat banned from appearing on TV, radio

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), complying with the courtroom orders, has directed all of the personal TV channels and all FM radio broadcast station licensees prohibiting the semblance of Aamir Liaquat Hussain from all satellite tv for pc TV channels and all FM radios, in any capability.

PEMRA issued such directives on Wednesday on the orders of Islamabad High Court.

PEMRA licensees were directed that Aamir Liaquat Hussain would now not seem in any communicate presentations, information, present affairs programmes, presentations, play, promos, audio/video, beeper and ads with quick impact until subsequent date of listening to on January 10, 2018.

According to the notification issued by PEMRA, in case of any violation, the regulatory frame shall continue towards the channel (s) or programme (s) underneath PEMRA Ordinance 2002, to agree to the orders of IHC.
